I choose this image because I felt that it represents the "University for creative Career" really well. I like the fact that it has a persons face in the background of the design in front, it shows the creativity of people and what they can achieve from attending this institution. My research comes from Communication Arts Magazine.

Art Nouveau is an similar style as the Arts & Craft period, as you know Arts & Craft and the Victorian Period as well as the Nouveau all overlap in the time line chart, so they are going to have similar qualities but there are changes in each style. This style was also known as the "New Art period"

I just want to add that I like the use of color this graphic Designer used! As you can see that the image is mainly black and white and the drain as color that seems as if it had flown out previously from something that ran through it and dried. I really like this image

I like the fact that this represents the seasons in one imagery, what gets me wondering is, what is to come. What I mean by this is the earth i guess goes through many changes with in so many years and with the way man kind abuses the enviroment makes me think that seasons may go away if we do not start trying to fix the damage that has already been started! All in all I really like this image, beautiful and relaxing.

Graphic design is more than pretty shapes and pictures. True graphic design uses words, color, shapes and space to communicate with the viewer in a very concise way that words alone will never be able to. You've probably heard it said that a picture is worth a thousand words, that is never more true than with graphic arts. True graphic design can use imagry and color to invoke any desired emotion in the viewer. Because of it's ability to communicate with the emotional body it is a very effective marketing tool. Graphic design, as well as the other forms of multimedia, has been used for decades to communicate with the consumer to influence buying habits. Red can evoke high energy responses while blues can create calm and tranquility.

What attracts me to Paul's work, is the the fact that he uses linear lines, 3 dimensional shapes and cool colors. His work is all different. There is no a like images on his portfolio.
Paul's image has great energy and strength, the work has much movement, Gas like substance are also compelling in the image, seems to fit with the linear shapes.
Even though the image has a cool color effect, The image has a warm burst purplish movement to create the cool dust effect. Paul's images remind me of plants exploding from chemical combinations and sun ray exposer. His work is amazing.

When I stopped on this Designed Art, It reminded me of project 4, Surrealism. This image is very successful in the way that it is presented, Usually it is unattractive to put objects in the center of your design. But in this case you have kind of a pattern to it and that attracts me to this image, so when you go to fold it in half, the water that is falling from the tunnels are aligned. The color that was used also seems very realistic; it gives the viewer a feeling of it being destroyed, worn, and old and I find that very compelling.
I like the fact that the prospective leads into different directions, meaning you have the prospective of the hallway leading as far as you can see, and that goes for the horizon from the ocean. I like that the image has no weight, so that the object over the water just floats above it and implies that it is supposed to be there, that it belongs. It reminds me of something one would see in the future, as if the world had ended and only a few people remain. It seems they had designed a way of survival, and can travel to different universal areas by using the tunnels that had been created by phenomenon.
